Villa Rocas has been lovingly restored and modernized whilst retaining its traditional Ibizan charm. The villa offers spacious and bright bedrooms, large indoor and outdoor living areas within its beautiful garden, all integrated into a pine forest and an organic orchard.

The main house consists of 2 master suites and 2 guest bedrooms and a guest apartment, all with king size beds, televisions, bathrooms with bath, shower or both, large closets and under floor heating. In this main building we also find a large kitchen that leads to the living and dining area. The Boffi brand kitchen has been designed entirely to the highest standards, making it the best kitchen on the island. It includes a custom built traditional charcoal oven as well as conventional ovens along with modern culinary equipment such as sous vide with sink zone and walk-in refrigeration. Behind the lounge there is also the staff room with a guest toilet.

All rooms are equipped with fans and air conditioning throughout. The property is gated and secure with no neighbors overlooking the property.
There is a central Sonos sound that you can connect your iPod to. The outdoor spaces are exceptional. Featuring lawns, beautiful landscaping, pine trees, eco orchard and several sun loungers, outside dining areas and plenty of private spaces.
