Villa Establis is a luxury rental villa of 800 m2 in Palma that stands out for its location, which is 10 minutes drive from the city center and surrounded by many restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine and beautiful countryside with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The villa has 12 double bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people.
There are two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor and outdoor bar, a gym, a saltwater pool and a chill-out area. It also has a massage room and special equipment for bicycles, which includes a storage room and a repair table.
