The system was introduced following a pilot project carried out two years ago with passengers travelling on the Barcelona-Malaga route in collaboration with Aena.
Rodolfo Moreira, Director of Customer Experience at Vueling, said that the technology "makes the steps and procedures to be followed much simpler, easier and faster". And Vueling's IT Director, Javier Álvarez, sees the introduction of this system as a milestone in innovation.
